We offer local delivery services within Dublin and surrounding areas for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions or traffic. You must provide accurate delivery information, and someone must be available to receive the delivery at the specified address.
We warrant that our gift wrapping services will be performed with professional care and skill using quality materials. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will make reasonable efforts to remedy the situation.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the gift wrapping service provided. We are not liable for the contents of wrapped gifts, including damage to items caused by their inherent nature or condition. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled completion time without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice or after work has commenced may incur a cancellation fee.
