We guarantee the quality of our gift wrapping services. If you are not completely satisfied with the presentation of your wrapped gift, we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is to ensure every gift we wrap meets our high standards and your expectations.

Reporting Issues

Timeframe

If you have concerns about your gift wrapping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your wrapped gift. Prompt notification allows us to address issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

How to Report

To report an issue, contact us by phone, email, or visit our studio in person. Please provide your order details and a clear description of the concern. If possible, include photographs showing the issue. This information helps us understand the situation and determine the best resolution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the nature of the concern and the circumstances, we may offer the following resolutions:

Rewrapping

If the wrapping does not meet our quality standards or your expectations, we will rewrap the gift at no additional charge. You may return the gift to our studio, or we can arrange collection if appropriate.

Refund

In cases where rewrapping is not feasible or practical, we may provide a full or partial refund of the service fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Service Credit

We may offer credit toward future services as an alternative to refunds. Service credits do not expire and can be used for any of our gift wrapping packages.

Conditions and Exceptions

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or rewrapping may not be available in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by mishandling after the gift left our care
  • Normal wear and tear during shipping or transport
  • Issues caused by the condition of the item being wrapped
  • Changes of mind regarding design choices after approval
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after receipt

Custom Orders

For bespoke and highly customized wrapping, we consult with you throughout the process and obtain approval before completion. Once approved and payment is made, custom orders are generally non-refundable except for defects in our workmanship.

Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

You may cancel your order without penalty if you notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled completion time and before we have started work on your gift. Full refunds are provided for cancelled orders that meet these conditions.

After Work Begins

If you cancel after work has commenced, you may be charged for materials used and labor completed up to the point of cancellation. We will provide a fair assessment of costs incurred.

Delivery Services

For delivered orders, our return policy applies to the gift wrapping service itself. If you are not satisfied with the wrapping upon delivery, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or after delivery is complete, but we will investigate any claims of damage during our delivery process.

Processing Returns

To process a return or issue resolution, bring the wrapped gift to our studio or contact us to arrange collection. Please ensure the wrapping is in the same condition as received to facilitate assessment. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will determine the appropriate resolution and contact you within 2 business days.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

For corporate and bulk orders, specific return conditions may be negotiated and outlined in your service agreement. Generally, we inspect samples with you before completing bulk orders to ensure satisfaction.

Exclusions

Our return policy applies only to the gift wrapping service we provide. We are not responsible for the contents of wrapped gifts. Any issues with the items themselves should be addressed with the original retailer or manufacturer.
